If you have left an item in a ride please reach out to our support team.
Our policy towards lost and found items is straightforward. If the driver notices the item, or is contacted by us and finds the item in their car, they are to bring it to the nearest police station. We will then contact the passenger to inform them to arrange a pick-up at the police station.
Note: We do all we can to help you get your item back, but please note that kari is not responsible for items lost during rides.
You and your driver can edit a journey’s destination at any moment before the driver confirms the end of the journey. Note: Please keep in mind that after changing the destination the final price may be different from the upfront or estimate price is shown when the request was made.
