We’ll generate a private promo code just for your event. Share it with your guests in invitations, intranets, signage, or emails.
Your guests simply enter the promo code in the Kari app and enjoy discounted or fully covered rides to and from your venue with no coordination required.
Promo codes can be used in collaboration with our dedicated driver package to ensure guests can have accessible, affordable rides available at your event.

For events hosted outside our standard service zones or for organizers who prefer a fully dedicated driver, we offer an exclusive vehicle-hour package designed for convenience, flexibility, and peace of mind.
What’s Included
- Private vehicles seating up to 4 passengers
- $30/hour per vehicle
- 3-hour minimum booking*
- Ride fares billed separately
- Hourly rate begins when the vehicle departs Charlottetown
How It Works
Your dedicated driver(s) will be exclusively available for your event for the duration of your booking. This option is ideal for venues located in rural areas where Kari doesn’t have dedicated service.
*Travel time counts toward the hourly minimum.
